The Dubrovnik Neretva Region organises on Thursday 13 October 2022 from 11:00 to 12:30 CET the event “The Mediterranean: why we need a macroregional strategy”.
The hybrid workshop is organized as side event in the framework of the European Week of Regions and Cities (EWRC) which is s the biggest annual Brussels-based event dedicated to local and regional authorities and communities that celebrates its 20th edition this year.
The workshop will take place in the European Committee of the Regions building in Rue Belliard 101, Brussels (Conference room JDE 63). It will follow the plenary session of the Committee of the Regions, that will vote the opinion entitled “Towards a macro-regional strategy in the Mediterranean“ which was prepared by the President of the Adriatic Ionian Euroregion Nikola Dobroslavic as rapporteur and full member of the CoR.
The agenda features CoR Members, Members of the European Parliament, European Commission’s officials and regional representatives.
Due to limited space in the CoR Meeting room, it will be possible to follow theevent mainly on-line.
