Promoting economic development in the Adriatic and Ionian coast and spreading the culture of enterprise through the involvement of all Countries of the area. These are the aims of the Forum of Adriatic and Ionian Chambers of Commerce that will take place on 14th and  16th May 2013 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the town of Medjugorje. 

The Secretary General of the Adriatic-Ionian Euroregion, Francesco Cocco, will participate to the debate that will be articulated over three days.  Meetings of the Roundtable on environment, agriculture, female entrepreneurship, fisheries, transport and tourism, a plenary session of the Forum, meetings of the Working Group on European projects:  these are the events of the thirteenth edition.

The XIIIth Forum of the Adriatic and Ionian Chambers of Commerce – association with legal personality established in 2001 that combines the Chambers belonging to the coastal regions of the basin – will focus on the theme of  the Adriatic-Ionian macro-region, a strategy that is attracting the interest of all the Countries in the area. The focus will be also on collaboration between institutional networks and  business world. The representatives of  European institutions,  Italian and foreign companies, the Permanent Secretariat of the Adriatic Ionian Initiative, regional institutions, provincial and local governments, as well as representatives of organizations, associations and consultants experts, will participate to the working groups of the Forum.
